Chubby Gorilla® launched V3 PET Unicorn Bottles featuring a SmartCap system, liquid leak blocker, and child-resistant closure, combining customer-driven refinement with elevated compliance to deliver a reliable, tamper-evident packaging solution engineered for consistent performance across global markets.

Chubby Gorilla relocated its headquarters to Santa Fe Springs California in 2018 adding 34,000 square feet of warehouse capacity to strengthen distribution streamline logistics enhance overall customer service and support the company's ambitious long-term growth vision and expansion.

In 2018, Chubby Gorilla's Zhejiang facility earned ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and GMP 110 certifications, reinforcing the brand's commitment to quality management, sustainable manufacturing, and safety compliance while strengthening its position as a trusted global packaging partner driving long-term innovation.

Chubby Gorilla expanded its Fullerton California facility by an additional 4,800 square feet in 2017 adding warehouse and office space to improve inventory management streamline fulfillment reduce lead times and enhance overall customer service across North American operations.

Chubby Gorilla® opened a 75,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Zhejiang Province China in 2017 dramatically increasing production capacity improving quality control and reducing lead times enabling faster and reliable delivery of premium packaging solutions to global partners and markets.

In 2016, Chubby Gorilla® relocated to a new 6,600-square-foot headquarters in Fullerton, California, transforming into an industry leader. This expansion provided infrastructure to scale globally with improved logistics. Chubby Gorilla® serves over 100 countries as a market leader in e-liquid packaging.

In 2016, Chubby Gorilla® reshaped the packaging landscape with the launch of the first 30 mL LDPE Unicorn Bottle® and 30 mL PET Unicorn Bottle®, building on the success of the 15 mL design. These landmark products expanded flexibility, improved functionality, and set a new standard for safe, purpose built e liquid packaging.

Chubby Gorilla was founded in 2015 to improve e liquid packaging, launching the original Unicorn Bottle with soft squeeze LDPE, precision nozzle, leak resistant design, and patented usability that quickly gained traction across North America and set a new industry standard.
